CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, LOWRY AND ASSOCIATES, a corporation, has presented
to the City a deed dated November 29, 1963, conveying easements for
street purposes at the Northwest corner of Washington Avenue and
Bush Street; and
WHEREAS, CATARINO M. PADILLA and CONSUELO C. PADILLA have
presented to the City a deed dated November 27, 1963, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the East side of English Street,
North of Eighth Street; and
WHEREAS, both of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of December, 1963.
