tion of the payment of $247.00. Said transaction is to be handled

presented to the City a deed dated December 15, 1960, granting an

transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45648-F with the

~nf~Fairview Street, in consideration of the payment of $~96.00. Said
transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45658-F with the
SecUrity Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ann,
California; and
WHEREAS, JOHN W. VAN DYKE and CARMEN K. VAN DYKE have presented
to the City a deed dated December 13, 1960, granting an easement for /~

street purposes on the North side of Edinqer Street, East of Mohawk
prive, in consideration of the payment of $517.00. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 45655-F with the Security Title
Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and
who acquired title as Marjorie Vaught,

is to be handled through Escrow No. 45654-F with the Security Title
Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and

the City a deed dated December 27, 1960, granting an easem9~
9treet purposes on the North side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Newhope
Street_~. in consideration of the payment of $310.61. Said transaction
is to be handled through Escrow No. 45677-F with the Security Title
Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; ~
NOW, TPLEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: '~hat the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.

at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of January,
