THE CITY IS PAYING NO' ~ASH CONSIDEP. ATION
WHEREAS, BERTPJ~ C, ~C~O~~has presented to the City
a deed dated January 6, 19.81, conveying an easement for street
purposes on the Southwest corner of Seventeenth Street and Spurgeon
Street; and
YKqEREAS, the ORANGE COUNTY FLO_OD CONTROL DIS_~t{~%' has pre-
sented to the City an Easement Deed dated December 13, 1960,
conveying an easement for drainage purposes from Tract No. 3834 to
the Santa Ann River; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ann at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of January, 1961.
