Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 389993-LEE with the Orange County Title Company, Santa ~na, California~a~ ~ ~'/~'~] NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: 'i~nat the City of Santa Ann accepts said deeds and Carl J. ~t~nornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
