THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, AV~..G~E~_$_O~I_ER_~._~s presented to the City a deed I ~
dated January 14, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the North side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Verano Street; and said
deed replaces a deed dated Decentber 15, 1960, which contained an
error, and which was accepted by the City for cash consideration in
the amount of $247.00 by Resolution No. 61-7; and
WHEREAS, DERYL D. GUY~ and 9~I~_.0.,_~%~_~ have presented to /~zF
the City a deed dated February 1, 19~1, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the South side of Fifth Street, West of the Santa
Ana River; and
WHEREAS, _J~N._.~I~.iN. ~G~T~L~P~N~,' INC~.~ .a corporation, has pre-
sented to the City a deed dated December 13, 1960, conveying an
easement for sewer line purposes West of Lenita Lane to Old Tustin
Avenue; and

the City a deed dated January 13, 1981, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the South side of Fifth Street, East of Harper
Street; and

the Westerly City Limits; and

LEONARDA CASTRO have presented to the City a deed dated January 17,
1961, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South side of
Fifth Street, West of Harper Street; and

corporation, has presented to the City an Indenture dated January 13,
1961, granting to the City the right to construct, reconstruct,
maintain and use a street or highway across certain real property
designated as Segerstrom Road and located West of Susan Street; and
WHEREAS, HE~_~Y_~.C.__COX and BEVERLY L.. COX~ave presented to
the City a deed dated February 1, 1961, conveying an easement for
street purposes South of Delhi Road, East of Tract No. 3963; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Cer~ificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
