BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana Muuicipal Code~
Section 3201~ the City declares that the portion of: RESOLUTZON NO. 55-247 adopted
on the 26th day of September 1955~ ordering the c~b to be painted YELIOW~ on the East
side of Sycamore Street between Third Street and Fourth Street~ located as follows:
The North 19 feet of the South 31 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded~ and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause signs to be removed.
PASSED AND ADOP~:~ by the Council of the City of Santa Aua at its regular meeting
held on the 6th.~day of February __ 1961.
