For the past week what sounds like an air raid siren has been going off in the middle of the night. Since it's summer time, we've been sleeping with our windows open and it's unbearable to hear. Last night it started at 5am! My daughter then woke up! I had to put in ear plugs because it was too loud with the windows closed! This isn't the first time it has happened. Last December it was going off around midnight as well! This really needs to stop! 1 Ibarra, Evelyn From: So Cal Tenants Rights < Sent: Tuesday, August 6, 2024 2:48 PM To: eComment Subject: Tenants Rights Attention: This email originated from outside of City of Santa Ana. We are noticing an uptick in situations where landlords are just locking tenants out and throwing their property away without even going to court for unlawful detainer. If anyone has a story to share, we would love to hear from them ! Our ultimate goal is to strengthen Tenants Rights statewide by advocating for enhanced legislation. We would appreciate if you can share this email with the public. The City of Santa Ana has repeatedly been placed on notice regarding allegations of corruption and political influence, involving City staff, its police officers association union and elected officials; and the City has failed to address these serious allegations. The FBI did a good job of cutting thru the wall of racketeering, corruption and influence in Anaheim. It's time for Santa Ana to experience its own reckoning. City, County, State and Federal authorities have been notified. Tim PhImbpww) L-; \VjvJ I et (3t. C\ r-t V, <,-r .
