THE CI'I~ IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, GRAZE R. TRIMBLE has presented to the City a deed /~ ~
dated January 20, 1961, conveying an easement for storm drain, sewer,
water, pedestrian walkway and emergency vehicular access purposes on
the Westerly extension of Tenth Street, bounded Westerly by Artesia
Street; and
WHEREAS, ~ and~ ESI%~A I. MA~H~R have presented to
street purposes On the South
Street; and
side of Fifth Street, East of Harper
~ER~AS, ~T~H~,~as presented to the City a deed
dated February 9, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes
the North side of Fifth Street, East of Harbor Boulevard; and

easement for street purposes on the South side of Fifth Street, between
Bewley Street and Gunther Place; and

has presented to the City an easement deed and agreement dated
January 13, 19~1, conveying an easement for drainage purposes across
Tract No. 3~21; and

City a deed dated February 15, 19S1, conveying an easement for ~

street purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Newhope %
Street; and
WHEREAS, CLi~7~,~/!~Ca~,,~"~J~T have presented
to the City a deed dated February 15, 1961, conveying an easement
for street purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, East of Andres
Place; and
to the City an easement deed dated oanuary 24, 19~1, conveying an
easement for street purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, West
of Andres Place; and
WHEREAS, the O.E,~'khI. G~,..CQ~~~TJ~Q,T~./~,T,~3k.~ has prese~ted%~'~
to the City an easement deed dated November 29, 19~0, conveying an ~
easement for street purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, West
of Andres Place; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED= That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of February, 1961.
