A QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore, the owners of certain property located
on Fairview Street, South of Harvard Street, dedicated all vehicular
access rights to Fairview Street to the City, and the present owners,
ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM,
VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., JEANETTE E. SEGER-
STROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM and ANN SEGERSTROM,
have now requested driveway locations across said areas, and the City
has determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, Bm. IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming to ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T.
SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., JEANETTE
E. SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM and A~
SEGERSTROM all of the vehicular access rights over a portion of the
West lineof Fairview Street, South of Harvard Street and to deliver
the same to said owners.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of February, 1961.
