HE ZT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa ~na ~micipal Code~
Section ~201~ the City declares that EESOLUTZON NO. ~4~8 adopted on the 18th day of
Febraary 1946~ ordering
SPURGEON STREET
A freight loading zone on the West side of Spurgeon Street between
Fifth and Sixth Streets
%ne North 17.5 feet of the South 148.7 feet
emd RESOLUTZON NO. 57-34 adopted on the 18th day of Febraary 1957~ ordering
SPURGEON STREET
A freight loading zone on the West side of Spurgeon Street between
Fifth and Sixth Streets

are hereby repealed and rescinded~ and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the YELLOW paint to be removed.

Codes Sectiou 21458~ and tbs Banta ~a Municipal Code~ Sections 3201 and 3218~ FREZGHT

FZFTH STREET
~ne North side of Fifth Street between Spurgeon s.ud French Streets
The West 20 feet of the East 126 feet
SPURGEON STREET
The West side of Spurgeon Street between Fifth and Sixth Streets
The North 18 feet of the South 98 feet
and the Director of Pmblic Works is hereby directed to paint the curb YELLOW and install
signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED By the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
