CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION.
WHEREAS, has presented to the City a deed
dated February 3, 1961, conveying a parcel of real property located
in the Civic center area on the west side of Garnsey Street, South
of Eighth Street, in consideration of the payment of $12,900.00.
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45857-F
with the Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa
Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, WA?.T~C~ L- UTT~BACK and KFFIE UTTERBACK have pre-
sented to the City a deed dated February 16, 1961, conveying an ease-
ment for street purposes on the South side of Fifth Street, West of
the Santa Ana River, in consideration of the payment of $508.31.
Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 45798-F with
the Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana,
California~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of March, 1961.
