CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ~ANNE S. HOCKADAY has presented to the City a deed
dated January 26, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the West side of Baker Street, South of Seventeenth Street; and
WHEREAS, ~ANTO~..H. SEGERSTROM,..NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD
SEGERSTROM, VEROniCA p,~ SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR.,
JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. ~SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM
and ANN SEGERSTROM have presented to the City a deed dated February
17, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes
from Segerstrom Road to Talbert Avenue; and
on Susan Street,
WHEREAS, RALPH D. MITZEL and C~A. THERINE MITZE_ L have presented
to the City two deeds dated February 28, 1961, conveying easements
for street purposes on the West side of Berrydale Street, South of
Westminster Avenue and also granting and surrendering all vehicular
access rights to Berrydale 'Street from the lands lying West of the
property therein described; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of March, 1961.
