"EDINGER AND RAITT S.E. ANNEX"
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Santa Ana
has approved the annexation of the territory designated "Edinger
and Raitt S.E. Annex", and the Orange County Boundary Commission
has rejected for technical reasons the description and map sub-
mitted to them and returned the same for correction.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That all action on said
annexation be held in abeyance, and that a new map and description
of said territory, corrected to comply with the new requirements
of the Orange County Boundary Commission and as requested by them,
be submitted to said Commission for consideration.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of March, 1961.
