CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, JITSUGO MOTOYAMA and TAEAYO MOTOYAMA have presented
to the city a deed d~ted March 11, 1961, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the West side of King Street, South of Ninth
Street, in consideration of the payment of $1,092.00. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 45977-F with Security
Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of March, 1961.
