ELIMINATION OF CONDITION 2 ON APPEAL APPLICATION
NO. 16
WHEREAS, Variance Application No. 1455 was approved subject
to certain conditions and the City Council appealed said decision
to consider Condition No. 2, requiring a 3-foot side yard.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after consideration the
Council finds that there is no necessity for the 3-foot side yard
and Condition No. 2 in approval of the Variance is hereby deleted,
permitting said building to be constructed to the North property
line as shown in the plot plan. Ail other conditions shall remain
in full force and effect and shall be conditions to the continuance
of the use therein allowed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of April, 1961.
