61-89 OVERRULING PLANNING COMMIS-
1456, APPEAL APPLICATION NO. 18
WHEREAS, Variance Application No. 1456 to construct a one-
story building at 1007 South Bristol Street without required parking
was denied and Appeal Application No. 18 brought the matter before
the City Council; and after study it was determined that said
Variance should be granted upon certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby
grants Variance on Application No. 1456 to allow the construction
of a building with only five (5) parking stalls provided in front
thereof instead of the required eight (8) stalls, the front of said
building to be in line with the front of the existing building on
the property to the South as shown on the plot plan submitted by
P~i Banks, the applicant, upon the following conditions:
1. That owner dedicate to City all vehicular access rights
from this property to Bristol Street.
2. That deed dedicating said access be prepared by a com-
petent title company on a City deed form.
3. That owner file with the City a parking agreement
~,~ executed between owner and the owners of adjoining
~' property providing for joint use of parking and access
to said property.
4. That all conditions be complied with prior to any
utility releases for use of the property.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its
regular meeting held on the 3rd day of April, 1961.
