CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, SHOSUKE NITTA and TAKA NITTAhave presented to the
City a deed dated March 23, 1961, conveying a parcel of real property
known and numbered as 701 North Flower Street, in consideration of
the payment of $124,500.00. Said transaction is to be handled through
Escrow No. 390637-JL with the Orange County Title Company, Santa Ana, ~
California. ~
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOIUED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of April, 1961.
