a deed dated M~y 12, 1961, conveying easements for drainage purposes
North of Talbert Avenue and East of Susan Street; and
WHEREAS, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM, also known as
Nellie Ruth Segerstrom, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P.
F2%ROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. SEGERSTROM,'
YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, and ANN SEGERSTROM have presented to the City
a deed dated April 28, 1961, conveying easements for street purposes
on Susan Street, South side of Segerstrcm Road and on Susan Street at
the Pacific Electric Railway; and
WHEREAS, JACK H. NICHOLSON, DELPHIA B. NICHOLSON, WILLIAM R.
April 4, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes on the South
side of First Street, West of Sullivan Street; and
WHEREAS, HENRY C__._COX an~d._BEV__ERL~L~.~have presented to the/~.~
City a deed dated April 13, 1961, conveying an easement for sewer and
drainage purposes for Tract Number 3963; and
WHEREAS, ~, TUB~S, Trustee of the~. V. Tubbs_/,
deceased~ has presented to the City a deed dated May 4, 1961, conveying~ ~
an easement for sewer purposes on the East sideof Tustin Avenue, North/~
of First Street; and
GAG__E have presented to the City a deed dated May 5, 1961, conveying an
easement for drainage and sewerage purposes North of Ponderosa Street
at Catalina Avenue; and

WHEREAS, ~_~has presented to the City a deed dated
May 1, 1961, conveying easements for street purposes at the Southeast/~5~
corner of Harbor Boulevard and Westminster Avenue; and
WHEREAS, $~ACHIO__NAKAMURA and MASAKO NAKAMURA have presented to
the City a deed dated May 3, 1961, conveying an easement for street /~'
purposes on the South side of Sugar Avenue, East of Harbor Boulevard;
and
WHEREAS, MELVIN~L~L.~n~d_DORIS MAXWELL ~ave presented to the
city a deed dated May 1, 1961, conveying an easement for street purposes
on the West side of Flower Street, South of Anahurst Place, also
granting all vehicular access rights to Flower Street; and
and HODGES
WHEREAS, JOHN R~ ~gN~a~n_d NI_~__N.~ETT~_E R. WILSON ~ave presented to
purposes West of Tract Number 3841; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 15th day of May, 1961,
