CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB PARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH~
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Aha Municipal
Code, Section 3201, the City declares that portion of~ RESOLUTION NO. 59-213
adopted on the 3rd day of August 1959 ordering traffic on Occidental to "Yield"
Right of Way to Cypress is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of
Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California
Vehicle Code, Sections 21354 and 21351, and the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Section
3201, traffic regulations are hereby established as follows: At the intersection
of Occidental Street and Cypress Avenue, a STOP sign directing traffic on
Occidental Street to stop to traffic on Cypress Avenue and the Director of
Public Works is hereby directed to install these signs to effectuate the
regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED Ak~ ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular
meeting held on the 15%h day of May 1961.
