CITY OF SANTA ANA, ALLOCATING THE SUM OF $10,000.00
FOR THE PURPOSE EXPRESSED IN ARTICLE II OF THE MASTER
AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF
HIGHWAYS
WHEREAS, from funds available under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and high-
ways Code it has been determined to allocate $10,000.00 for engineering of City
Streets during the I961-62 fiscal year:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That it is determined to allocate the sum
of $10,000.00 for engineering costs as set forth under Article II of the Master
Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the State of California Division of
Highways, for the fiscal year 196i-62, said sum to be budgeted for work to be
done by the City of Santa Aha engineering staff in the Department of Public
Works of said City$ said budget proposal is hereby adopted and the Mayor is
directed to sign the same for and on behalf of said City, said budget proposal
to be binding upon said City, upon its approval by the authorized officials of
the State.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by th~ City Council of the City Of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 5th day of Ju~e , 1961.
