RESOLUTION OF THE CITT COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
ADOPTING AND SU~TTING A BUDGET FCE EXPENDITURE OF FUND~
ALLOCAT~O FR~ THE STATE HIGHWAY MPND TO CITIE~
WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City and the State of California
on March 17, 1961, for expenditure of funds allocated i~om the State highway fund to
cities; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement showing estimated
expenditures of such funds reccm~mended to be made during the 1961-62 Fiscal Year; and,
~EREAS, the City Council has heard read said project statement and is familiar
with the contents thereof;
TH~EFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that said
project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures
of the gas tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and the same is hereby
approved and the Director of Public Works is directed to sign the same on behalf of
said City, and said project statement to be submitted to the Department of Public Works,
State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets
and Highways Code.
