CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ~__~_Y~ LEWIS----------and LOUISE LEWIS have presented to the City
a deed dated June 9, 1961, conveying an easement ~or street purposes /~
on the West side of Newhope Street, North of Bolsa Avenue; and
WHEREAS, JOHN .... ALEBA~_._~and LORENE ALEBA have presented to the /~ ~'
City a deed dated February 15, 1961, conveying portions of the Northeast
corner of Bishop Street and Shelton Street; and
WHEREAS, ALBERT BRUNING and BLANCHE BRUNING have presented to
the City a deed dated June 14, 1961, conveying a parcel of land on /~
King Street, North of First Street; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of June,
