A GRIE E MEET.
THIS AGREEMENT, made in consideration of a grant to the
City of Santa Ana, a nnuaicipal corporation, qf certain real
property hereinafter described, by the Lehnhardt Corporation,
a corporation; said real property beinn the same as that des-
cribed in as certain of in whieb the Lehnhart Corporation, as
corporation, is the Ovantor, and the City of Santa Ana, a munic-
1pal corporation, is the Grantee, said real property more fully
described as follows:
A parcel of land lying within section 16, Town-
shIP 5 South, RAnge 10 West, S.B.B.&M., In the
City of Santa Ana, County of Oranpe, California,
more particularly described as follows:
Berinmetre. at the Southwest corner of Section 16,
Township 5 South, Ranpe 10 West, S.B.B.&N, said
corner also being the intersection of center-
lines of Verano Street and Smeltzer Avenue; thence
North 00 40 25" West to the Westerly line of
said Section 16, and alonp the centerline of
Verano Street, 96000 feet; thence North 890 361
350 East alonp a line parallel with the Southerly
line of said Section 16, 305*00 feet to the True
Point of Bapinninp; thence continuinx North 890
36f 55" East, 100-00 feet; thence South 00 43, 25"
East, 6000 feet; thence South 690 36t 15" West,
100.00 feet; thence North 00 43T 25" West, 6000
feet to the True Point of Bepinniax&
IT IS AGREED that at such time as the said Oity of Santa
Ana discontinues the water uses of the property hereinabove des-
cribed, title to said property shall revert to the Grantor In
the aforementioned deed, tht Lehnhardt Corporation, as corpora-
tion, or it's successors or assigns, The said City of Santa
Ana agreee that at such time as the City of Santa Ana discon-
tinues the water uses as aforesaid, said City of Santa Ana will
execute and deliver a deed to said real property, vestinv title
thereto, in fee simple, In the Lebnheard Corporation, or it's
successors or assionso
In the event that sa,-Ld. City of Santa Ana Area not dis-
continue the water uses of said real property, on or before

five (5) years from and after a date hereinafter specified, the
said 01ty of Santa Ana shall pay to tht owner upon request the
sum of Two Thousand Seven Hundred ($2,700.00) Dollars, and
this Avreement shall thereafter be of no as and effeate
The date from which said five year period shall be reck-
oned shall be the date of the acceptance by said City of Santa.
as of all street improvements delineated upon the Tentative
Tract Map of Tract No. 2868, filed by Donald K. Butts with the
Santa Ana Planninp Department and transmitted to the City Coun-
cil of said City of Santa Ana by said Plannino Department of
the 24th day of April, 1959.
