ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF RECEIPT OF FUNDS
AND RELEASE OF AGREEMENT
The. Lehnhardt Corporation, a corporation, hereby acknow-
ledges receipt of TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED ($2, 700. 00)
DOLLARS and releases the City of Santa Ana from that Agreement
dated July 6, 1959, and recorded July 29, 1959, as document No.
121410, in Book 4817, page 506, of Official Records in the office
of the County Recorder of Orange County, California.
