RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, CONFIRMING ASSESSMENT
AS MODIFIED IN THE MATTER OF THE IMPROVEMENT
IN GOLDEN WEST AVENUE AND OTHER STREETS
(ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 204) IN SAID CITY
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the Clerk of the
Council of the City of Santa Ana, California, an assessment
as modified by Resolution No. 61-162 to represent the costs
and expenses of the work and improvement done pursuant to
proceedings had and taken under a~d pursuant to Resolution of
Intention No. 60-249 adopted on the 5th day of December, 1960; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Council has duly given Notice
in the manner provided by law of the filing of said assessment
as modified and of the time set for hearing; and
WHEREAS, said City Council is now satisfied as to the
proper completion of the work and of the spreading of the assess-
ment as modified.
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY C~UNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA,
CALIFORNIA, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said assessment as modified, and
diagram, the proceedings leading up to the same, and all acts
and determinations of all officers of the City of Santa Aha,
California, An relation to the work done and to the said
assessment as modified and the diagram attached thereto be,
and the same hereby are, ratified and confirmed, and the Director
of Public Works is hereby ordered and directed to attach to
said assessment as modified a Warrant in the manner and form
provided by law, said Warrant bearing date of this Resolution,
and is further ordered to deliver said Warrant, diagram and
assessment as modified to the Contractor, or its assignee, as the
case may be, forthwith upon payment of the incidental expenses
due thezeon.
