AND UPHOLDING DECISION OF ZONING ADMINISTRATOR
ON VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 1490, FILED BY j. & J.

WHEREAS, heretofore Variance Application No. 1490 was filed
requesting construction of a 14-unit apartment building in an R-2
District on property known and numbered as 1148 West Eighth Street,
Santa Aha, California, which Variance request was approved by the
Zoning Administrator and said approval appealed to the City Council
by the Planning Commission, and after hearing thereon the Council
has determined that the Variance should be granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Variance Application
No. 1490 approved by the Zoning Administrator, is hereby granted
in accordance with said approval and subject to all of the conditions
set forth in the Finding of Facts made by the Zoning Administrator
under date of June 7, 1961. All conditions must be complied with
without oxception.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of July, 1961.
