CItY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, GABDEN GROVE SCHOOL DISTRICT OF ORANGE COUNTY has
presented to the City a deed dmted May 22, 1961, granting an ease-
ment for street and drainage purposes on the Southerly extension of
Andres Place, North of Sugar Avenue; and
WHEREAS, JOHN S. PICKRELL and FANNIE L.PICKRELL have pre-
sented to the City a deed dated June 22, 1961, granting an easement
for street purposes on the East side of Greenville Street, South of
Pomona Street; and
WHEREAS, SANTA ANA HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT - GRANTOR has pre-
sented to the City a deed dated June 16, 1961, granting an easement
for street purposes on Raitt Street at St. Andrews Place; and
WHEREAS, SANTORA CO.,
to the City a deed dated June 19, 1961, granting vehicular access
rights on the East side of Main Street, North of Richland Street;
and
a California corporation, has presented
WHEREAS, ROMAN CATHOLIC ARCHBISHOP OF LOS ANGELES, a corporation,
has presented to the City a deed dated June 9, 1961, granting an ease-
ment for street purposes on the East half of Jackson Street, Bolsa /~g~
Avenue to Tract 3769; and
WHEREAS, ~. J. ~UPERT~ also known as Bernard J. Haupert, and
ANC~E?~% P. HAUPERT have presented to the City a deed dated June 9, 1961,
granting an easement for street purposes on the West half of Jackson
Street, Bolsa Avenue to Tract 3769; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being
paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
