Mandatory ID checks will take place and wristbands will be utilized to identify individuals 21+ years of age. All drinks will have to be consumed within the stadium. Credit card payments will be accepted as the only form of payment. POOF is evaluating whether to incorporate an alternative payment method with a ticket/token system for cash transactions (e.g., $5 for 1 token, $20 for 6 tokens). Power of One is working with a local restaurant (Perla Mexican Cuisine) who will manage the event's alcohol license, and all servers will be certified (i.e. Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) trained, ABC Alcohol Server Certification) to handle service responsibly, stopping sales to intoxicated guests based on RBS training received. All drinks will be served in plastic cups, with a limited, curated menu available to guests. 1 3. The operation of the Santa Ana Stadium concession stand faces several significant challenges:  Roof Repairs: A new roof is required due to water damage from recent storms.  Pest Mitigation: Pest control is needed, as the building has been closed since the pandemic.  Equipment Upgrades: The sole bidder in the RFP process requested new equipment, including a fryer, stove, and microwave.  POS System: A new point-of-sale system is necessary for operation.  Building Maintenance: A vendor to maintain the building must be selected either through a new bid or incorporated into an existing contract. In addition, the east and west bleacher concession stands need to be cleared out by PWA contractors as it is utilized currently for storage of equipment. These concession stands are built more for single serve items (chips, drinks-with the purchase of refrigerator(x2), candy; hot dogs-with purchase of hot dog machine (x2) etc.). Lastly, electrical work would need to be done in order to make all available electricity access points viable. Thank you to Tim Pagano for this response. Sincerely, Steven A.
