RESOLUTION NO. 61-168 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF
DEED QUITCLAIMING TO ANTONE AND ANNA A. BORCHARD
WHEREAS, in the transaction to acquire park site property
the City has agreed as a part of the consideration to quitclaim a
strip of land originally acquired for street purposes but not now
needed for present or prospective street use because of the realign-
ment of Raitt Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby authorized and directed to execute a deed
quitcla/ming to ANTONE BORCHARD and ANNA A. BORCHARD real property
in the City of Santa Aha, County of Orange, State of California,
described as:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Tract Number 3679
as shown on a map thereof Recorded in Book 132, Pages 4,
5 and 6 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange county,
California and running thence South 1° 00' 10" East along
the West line of said Tract Number 3679 a distance of
59.01 feet to the true point of beginning; thence continuing
South 1° 00' 10" East along said West line of Tract Number
3679 a distance of 954.12 feet to a point in a curve concave
Southeasterly having a radius of 2707.67 feet, the radial
at said point bears North 66~ 05' 23" West; thence South-
westerly along the arc of said curve through a central angle
of 3° 12' 25" an arc distance of 151.55 feet to a nontangent
line; thence North 1° 00' 10" West a distance of 1091.95
feet; thence North 87° 44' 45" East a distance of ~Q.~0~.fe~
to the true point of beginning,
and said Clerk is directed to deliver the same to said Grantees
through Escrow Number 390820-LFM presently open at Orange County
Title Company.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 3rd day of July , 1961.
