MODIFICATION
SANTA ANA. RIVER BICYCLL TRAIT AGREEMENT NO. C902
For the sum of one dollar (�1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt
of which is hereby authorized, the City of Santa Ana, the County of Orange, and
the Orange County Flood Control District agree, to modify that certain contract
between the parties dated February 4, 1974, entitled Santa Ana River Bicycle Trail
Agreement, and concerning River Crossing and Extension, as follows;
Paragraph 10 is changed to read;
"In the event CITY fails to award a contract for
the work contemplated by this Agreement by October 31,
1975, the obligations of CITY, COUNTY and DISTRICT
under this Agreement shall terminate."
IN WITNESS TrMEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Modification of
the Santa Ana River Bicycle Trail Agreement on the day of ,
1975.
