EDNA PARK REVENUE SHARING AGREEniENT
For the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration, receipt of which is hereby authorized, the City
of Santa Ana and the County of Orange agree to modify that
certain contract between the parties dated February 5, 1974,
entitled Revenue Sharing Agreement and concerning Edna Park,
as follows:
Paragraph IV is changed to read:
"For purposes of this agreement all funds
received under this contract shall be disbursed
or encumbered on or before July 9, 1975.11
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, .the parties hereto have executed
this Modification of The Revenue Sharing Agreement on the
day of 19-75.
