MODIFICATION
PACIFIC ELECTRIC RAILROAD RIGHT-OF-WAY
REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT
For the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration,
receipt of which is hereby authorized, the City of Santa Ana and the
County of Orange agree to modify that certain contract between the parties
dated February 5, 1974, entitled Revenue Sharing Agreement and concerning
Pacific Electric Railroad Right-of-way acquisition as follows:
Paragraph IV is changed to read:
fAFor the purposes of this agreement the acquisition
of the Pacific Electric Railroad Right-of-way shall be
completed no later than Aug. 31, 1975 and all funds
received under this contract shall be disbursed or
encumbered on or before that date."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Modification
of the Revenue Sharing Agreement on the 07U, day of , 1975.

On motion of Supervisor Schmit, duly seconded and unanimously
carried, the Chairman and the Clerk are authorized to sign the "Modifica
dated August 5, 1975, to the agreement dated February 5, 1974, between
the CoYarty of Orange and the City of .Santa Ara, providing for an extens
of time to the Santiago Day Camp Revenue Sharing Agreement, as recommen
by the County Administrative Officer in his letter dated July 29, 1975.
