EXHIBITI
SPURGEON INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL REVENUE
SHARING AGREEMENT
For good and valuable consideration, receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, the City of Santa Ana and the County
of Orange agree to modify that certain contract between the
parties dated February 5, 1974, entitled, "Revenue Sharing
Agreement" concerning the Spurgeon Intermediate School, as
follows:
Paragraph IV is changed to read:
"For the purpose of this agreement,
Spurgeon Intermediate School shall be
completed no later than July 9, 1975,
and all funds received under this agree-
ment shall be disbursed or encumbered on
or before that date."
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this
Modification of the Revenue Sharing Agreement on the day
of 1975.
