AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS Agreement, made and entered into this Jad_ day
of a_��,y�/ 1977, by and between the City of Santa
Ana, a municipal corporation of the State of California, herein-
after referred to as "City", and the County of Orange, a political
subdivision of the State of California, hereinafter referred to
as "County."
W I T N E S S E T H
WHEREAS, the parties made and entered into that certain
"Revenue Sharing Agreement", dated February 5, 1974, concerning
Prentice Park Zoo, and entered into modifications to said Agree-

ment dated August 5, 1975, April 6, 1976, and March 25, 1977; and
WHEREAS, vandalism at Prentice Park Zoo has necessitated
better security and a change in construction plans resulting in
unanticipated delays in completion of construction; and
WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the section of
said Agreement pertaining to completion date;
WHEREFORE, FOR AND IN CONSIDERATION OF THE MUTUAL
PROMISES, COVENANTS AND CONDITIONS HEREINAFTER SET FORTH,.THE
PARTIES AGREE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Paragraph IV of said Agreement is amended to read
as follows;
"For the purpose of this Agreement, Prentice
Park Zoo shall be completed no later than
December 31, 1977, and all funds received under
this Agreement shall be disbursed on or before
that date."
2, in all other particulars, said Agreement dated
February 5, 1974, as modified on August 5, 1975, April 6, 1976,
and March 25, 1977, shall remain in full force and effect and
is hereby confirmed and ratified.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed
this Agreement to the Revenue Sharing Agreement on the day and
year first above written.
