TO BE LEVIED IN SANTA ANA DURING FISCAL YEAR
1961-1962
BE IT RESOLVED: The City Manager of Santa Aha, California,
is hereby directed to fix the rate of taxation to be levied by said
City during the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1961, and ending
June 30, 1962, at the rate of $1.40 on each $100.00 of assessed
valuation, subject only to adjustment or modification which may be
necessary to meet requirements on the bonded indebtedness of said
City during said period, an~ in cooperation with the City Attorney,
to present an ordinance so finding and declaring when the details of
assessment of all property within the City made by the Assessor's
Office of Orange County and the valuation of operating properties
made by the State Board of Equalization have been received by said
City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of July, 1961.
