CATION NO. 1501 OF THYRA M. SWALES WHERE ONE
RECOMMENDED CONDITION WAS DELETED
WHEREAS, after hearing, the Planning COmmission recommended
granting a variance to allow a professional office building with
reduced North side yard and separate addition to same with reduced
South side yard, under certain conditions, and after due hearing
before the City Council it has been determined that said Variance
should be granted, but that one recommended condition should be
deleted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council approves
the granting of Variance under all the terms and conditions as pro-
vided by the Planning Department and the Planning Commission, excepting
that condition No. 1, which required translucent glass in the West
wall of said building, is hereby deleted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of July,
