CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, NORWOOD HOMES, a corporation,
City a deed dated June 21, 1961, conveying an easement for sewer,
water and drainage purposes at the Southwest corner of Tract
Number 4163; and
has presented to the
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantor by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha
accepts said deed and carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 17th day of July, 1961.
