AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa
Ana Municipal Code, Section 3201, the City declares that portion of
RESOLUTION NO. 61-148 adopted on the 5th day of June, 1961, ordering:
NO PARKING zone on
East side of Main Street between Oxford
and Hobart, as follows:
North 75 feet
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is
hereby directed to cause the paint to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the
California Vehicle Code, Sections 21458 and 22507, and the Santa Ana
Municipal Code, Section 3201 and 3213, a NO PARKING zone is hereby
established as follows:
MAIN STREET
East side between Oxford and Hobart
North 32 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause the curb
to be painted red.
