C-L <br />AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR FINANCIAL <br />MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SOFTWARE <br />NM�Mi <br />THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, made and entered into this <br />day of 1990, by and between the CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), <br />and LAWSON ASSOCIATES, INC., having a place of business at 1300 <br />Godward Street, Fifth Floor, Minneapolis, MN 55413 ("Lawson"). <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />Recitals: <br />1. The parties hereto entered into that certain agreement <br />entitled "Agreement for Financial Management Systems Software," <br />dated November 22, 1988, hereinafter referred to as "said <br />Agreement." <br />2. The parties hereto desire to amend said Agreement to <br />provide for termination of the same by mutual agreement of the <br />parties. <br />3. Upon execution by the parties, this amendment to <br />agreement shall constitute a part of and be incorporated into <br />said Agreement. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of their mutual and respective <br />promises, and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of <br />
