DAIF'/ f m <br />8/22/83 <br />FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br />THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AND THE SANTA <br />ANA NEIGHBORHOOD HOUSING SERVICES <br />FOR USE OF COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT <br />BLOCK GRANT FUNDS <br />THIS AGREEMENT, made and entered into this /6 <br />X <br />day of OCV�j ^, 198,5, by and between the City of <br />Santa Ana, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br />("CITY"), and the Santa Ana Neighborhood Housing Services, a <br />non-profit corporation of the State of California ("CONTRACTOR"), <br />W I T N E S S E T H <br />Recitals: <br />1. CITY and CONTRACTOR entered into that certain <br />"Agreement Between the City of Santa Ana and the Santa Ana <br />Neighborhood Housing Services for the Use of Community <br />Development Block Grant Funds," dated May 19, 1980, on file <br />in the office of the Clerk of the Council of CITY, (herein- <br />after referred to as "said agreement") by which CONTRACTOR <br />agreed to perform certain housing rehabilitation activities <br />upon receipt of certain amounts of CITY's Community Develop- <br />ment Block Grant ("CDBG") funds. <br />2. The parties hereto now desire to increase the <br />amount deposited in the Revolving Loan Fund ("RLF") by an <br />---- ------ radditionai--$100, 000-.-00---fromB-3-8-4 --- Ctnmuni-ty--Deve-lop----.—_--_ _.___-.._ <br />ment Block Grant funds and extend the term of said agreement <br />until the end of CITY's fiscal year 1903-84. <br />
