CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the Santa Ana
Municipal Code, Sections 3201, the City declares that portion of RESOLUTION
61-104 adopted on the 17th day of April, 1961 ordering
No Parking Any Time on the West side of Main Street
North of Roe Drive as follows:
The North 106 feet of the South 227 feet
is hereby repesled and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby
directed to cause signs to be removed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the
California Vehicle Code, Section 21458 and the Santa Ana Municipal Code,
Sections 3201 and 3215, 24 MINUTE PARKING ZONES are hereby established
as follows:
The West side of North Main Street North of Roe
Drive as follows:
The North 106 feet of the South 227 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb GREEN
and install signs for 24-Minute Parking to effectuate the regulation as
hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the
