THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, HODGES BUILDING CORPORATION has presented to the /~
City a deed dated Septemuber 6, 1961, conveying an easement for ingress
and egress to construct, operate and maintain a traffic signal at the
Northwest corner of Grand and McFadden Avenues; and
MONTGOMERY PARK, a Limited Partnership, has pre- /~/~
WHEREAS,
sented to the City a deed dated September 6, 1961, conveying an ease-
ment for alley purposes on the West side of Harbor Boulevard, 1,950
feet South of the center line of Sugar Avenue; and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration
being paid to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of~September, .1~61/~ ~
