CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
?~EREAS, PACIFIC THEATRES DEVELOPMENT COMPANY, a California
Corporation, has presented to the City a deed dated September 8, 1961,
conveying an easement for street purposes on the West side of King / --'3//~
Street, North of Fifth Street, in consideration of the payment of
$846.00. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 46606-C
with Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ann, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: ~hat the City of Santa Ann
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate o~ acu~A~e on said deed
PASSED Ak~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ann
at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of October, 1961.
