CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, JAMES CONRAD GRIFFIN and BAR~ARA H. GRIFFIN have
presented to the City a deed dated Septemaber 5, 1961, conveying a
parcel of real property on the Northwest corner of Edinger and Olive
Streets in consideration of the payment of $12,250.00. Said trans-
action is to be handled through Escrow No. 68-1007 with Security
First National Bank, Santa Ana, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 16th day of October, 1961.
