AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE
FOR POPULATION ESTIMATE
WHEREAS, agreement has been reached between the City and the
State Department of Finance for a population estimate as provided
for in Streets and Highways Code Section 194.2, and proposed
agreement forms have been submitted to and approved by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Vice Mayor and the
Clerk of the Council are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement
with the State Department of Finance for estimation of the population
of Santa Aha, California. The Clerk of the Council is directed to
send certified copies of this Resolution to said State Department
of Finance together with the copies of said agreement executed for
and on behalf of the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of November, 1961.

I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of
the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution
