CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, PAUL J. TOBERTY and JOYCE K. TOBERTYhave presented
to the City a deed dated October 17, 1961, conveying ~nt~ ~o~
street purposes on the Northwest corner of Memory Lane and Flower/ /,~
Street;
WHEREAS, said deed is without cash consideration being paid
to said grantors by the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of November! 1961.
