OF QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM,
ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM,
VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., and JEANNETTE
SEGERSTROM dedicated to the City all vehicular access rights on the
south side of Warner Avenue, West of Sugar Avenue, and have now
requested driveway locations across said area, and the City has
determined to grant the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming to HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, ANTON H.
SEGERSTROM, NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P.
SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., and JEANNETTE E. SEGERSTROM
all of the vehicular access rights on the South side of Warner Avenue,
West of Sugar Avenue, and to deliver the same to said owners.
