HomeMy WebLinkAbout61-265RESOLUTION NO. 61-265 ORDERING THE VACATION OF A PUBLIC SERVICE DRAINAGE EASEMENT RUNNING BETWEEN DAVIT AVENUE AND THE O~ANGE COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL DISTRICT RIGHT-OF-WAY WHEREAS, on October 16, 1961, the City Council adopted Resolution No. 61-243, declaring intention to vacate the public service easement described therein, which said resolution was published and posted as required by law; and WHEREAS, public hearing was held on November 20, 1961, after due notice, on the question of said vacation. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby finds from all the evidence that the public service easement herein described is unnecessary for present or prospective drainage purposes and said City Council hereby makes its order vacating such public service easement as it exists in the City of Santa Aha, California, across those portions of Lots 28 and 29, in Tract No. 4024, as per map recorded in Book 146, Pages 15 and 16, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange Parcel 1: Parcel 2: County, California, described as: The Westerly 2.50 feet of the Easterly 7.50 feet of said Lot 29, excepting therefr~n the Northerly 25.00 feet and the Southerly 25.00 feet. The Easterly 2.50 feet of the Westerly 7.50 feet of said Lot 28, excepting therefrom the Northerly 25.00 feet and the Southerly 25.00 feet. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November, 1961.
