NO. 61-258 AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM
DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, Resolution No. 61-258 authorized execution of a
quitclaim deed quitclaiming to HENRY T. SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC.
SEGERSTROM, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, .NELLIE RUTH SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T.
SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGERSTROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., and
JEANNETTE E. SEGERSTROM all vehicular access rights on the South side
of warner Avenue, West of Sugar Avenue; and
WHEREAS, said location of the vehicular access rights on the
South side of Warner Avenue, West of Sugar Avenue was in error, and
said vehicular access rights should have been specified as being
located on the South side of Warner Avenue, West of ~u_san Street.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 61-258
authorizing execution of a quitclaim deed by the City of Santa Ana is
hereby corrected to read that said vehicular access rights are on the
South side of Warner Avenue, West of Susan Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at ~s regular meeting held on the 20th day of Noven~ber, 1961.
