OF QUITCLAIM DEED BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, heretofore the owners of certain property located
on the North side of Sugar Avenue, West of Newhope Street granted
to the City of Santa Aha all vehicular access rights to their
property; and
WHEREAS, the APOSTOLIC JESUS NAME CHURCH, a Corporation, is
the present owner of said property situated on the North side of
Sugar Avenue, West of Newhope Street; and
WHEREAS, said APOSTOLIC JESUS NAME CHURCH, a Corporation,
desires driveway locations across said property and the City has
determined to grant the same.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute a quitclaim deed quit-
claiming to APOSTOLIC JESUS NAME CHURCH, a Corporation, all of the
vehicular access rights to said property on the North side of Sugar
Avenue, West of Newhope Street, and to deliver the same to said
owner.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of November, 1961.
